At the time of acquisition, the Haliburton, Kawartha, Pine Ridge District Health Unit (HKPR) occupied most of the space, leaving approximately 25% vacant. This vacancy offers an opportunity to lease the space to medical services, thereby enhancing the property’s income and value.

Since acquiring the property, we have made substantial enhancements to meet the needs and requirements of our tenants. The Haliburton, Kawartha, Pine Ridge District Health Unit occupies the majority of the space.
